There are lots of ways to support the Ohio Olmstead Taskforce’s mission. Whether you can attend regular committee and workgroup meetings or contribute in other ways, OOTF wants to empower you to use your skills to further the cause of disability rights. Let us know if you have an idea, and check out the list below of ways members support our work.

  • Communicate advocacy issues happening in our state to OOTF leadership.
  • Develop OOTF advocacy tools and presentation materials.
  • Give feedback on OOTF proposals for public comments on legislation.
  • Spread awareness about OOTF on social media like Facebook and Instagram.
  • Represent OOTF at resource table events, conferences, or during legislative testimony.
  • Participate in OOTF webinars, advocacy retreats, and other events.
