Code of Ethics
OOTF asks that members review the Code of Ethics to be aware of expectations during meetings and while representing the organization to the community.
Social Media Guidelines
The Public Relations Committee is responsible for creating and posting official content for OOTF’s social media accounts, including Facebook and LinkedIn. OOTF members shall not represent the Task Force on social media without prior approval from the Steering Committee. All posts on behalf of OOTF or shared on OOTF’s social media accounts should be appropriate, accessible, and aligned with the Task Force’s mission and vision.
Mileage Reimbursement
Mileage reimbursement may be requested by members travelling for OOTF events. Members should request prior approval by the Steering Committee before the event by submitting the form below.
